When is the last time you honestly answered the question "what's not working in my life?" ๐ Did you acknowledge your own answer? Or did you quickly change the subject of your thoughts? The best thing I ever did for myself was to acknowledge my answer to that question, which allowed me to recognize what makes me happy and stop chasing after 'shoulds'. The word itself sounds harmless, but holds sway over our everyday actions until you realize that anything you associate with "should" doesn't truly belong to you. Who says you should? Why should you? ๐คEmbracing the positive energy that comes with this realization has led me to some of the most challenging, but also the most rewarding changes in my life. I'm not saying that every day is perfect, but there's something perfect in every day - however clichรฉ that sounds.Your voice is your voiceโlisten to it. ๐๏ธJust ensure youโre not stepping on others to do so. #selfawareness #positivechange #personalgrowth

How often do you catch yourself criticizing your own work? ๐คWe all learn to respect, support, and talk nicely to other people, yet many of us haven't been taught to talk positively to ourselves. It's surprising, isn't it? In many personal development journeys, we come to realize that we are often our own worst enemy.I've been there too. Until I changed my mindset, the beliefs and attitudes I held about myself were holding me back. Cultivating a positive mindset can lead to a more fulfilling and successful life. ๐Hereโs how you can start:1. Become aware of your self-talk. ๐ฃ๏ธ2. Change your wording to use more encouraging, positive, and affirmative language about yourself. ๐ฌ3. Be kind to yourself when you encounter setbacks. We all experience them; itโs how we bounce back that helps us develop a positive mindset. ๐ชOne of the practices that always helps me is gratitude. Yes, I sometimes forget to focus on the good things in my life, but I jump back in, forgive myself, and restart my gratitude practice. ๐โจReady to rewire your mindset and transform your life? Hereโs a crazy ideaโฆ How about we stop apologizing for our existence? And instead, lean into two power words that will change our lives.First up is โyetโ, a tiny, seemingly inconsequential word.So small, yet so mighty, it can transform an admission of inability into a bold declaration of impending accomplishment.โI canโt do that...โ such a limiting sentence, isnโt it? But add a โyetโ at the end, and voila! โI canโt do that...yetโ.Feel the difference?Itโs like an assurance that you are a work in progress and that progress is yet to come.โYetโ isnโt just a word, itโs an attitude.A promise to yourself that youโre not done growing. That you wonโt let todayโs limitations define tomorrowโs potential.โYetโ is your future self high-fiving your present self and saying, โKeep going, you got this, weโre just getting started.โThe second power word isnโt just a word, but a fundamental shift in perspective. And it is โThank youโ.Now, before you tilt your head in confusion, hear me out.How often do we apologize for things that arenโt really our fault, or even things that are merely expressions of our own needs or emotions?Instead of saying, โSorry Iโm late,โ why not say, โThank you for your patience?โ Instead of, โSorry Iโm such a mess,โ why not, โThank you for understanding?โBy switching out โsorryโ with โthank youโ, youโre flipping the script from self-blame to gratitude. From a focus on fault to a focus on appreciation. This isnโt just good for you, it also positively affects the people around you.And so, the power duo โyetโ and โthank youโ are here to not just change your sentences, but your life as a whole.Lean into them more and watch how your world and mindset changes, from a place of limitation to a realm of limitless potential and gratitude.#mindsetcoach #mindsetquotes #gratitudepractice #successmindset #womanowned #lifeadvice #workinprogress #perspectiveiseverything #lawofattraction #powerwords #selfimprovement #selfdevelopmenttools #selfgrowthtips #selflovetips

Mastering self-discovery amid life's challenges is a profound journey that requires patience, courage, and introspection. If youโre wondering how to begin self-discovery, know that the first step is committing to focus, take action, and prioritize your needs. Interesting right? As humans, we have to accept that challenges are inevitable and view them as opportunities for growth rather than setbacks. Embrace them as stepping stones toward self-awareness. This process will allow you to explore your fears, insecurities, and weaknesses without judgment. Guess what?Vulnerability breeds authenticity and deeper connections with yourself and others. I struggled with being vulnerable growing up. I never imagined it was one of my key strengths that would enable me to discover a better version of myself. Once you discover your better version, you will try new experiences, take risks, and confront fears. Each challenge you overcome reveals hidden strengths and capabilities.Oh yesโฆโฆRemember, self-discovery is not a destination but a continuous journey. Be patient with yourself, celebrate your progress, and stay committed to the path of personal growth and fulfillment.Cheers, and I remain humble.#selfdiscovery #abtcoaching #abtcoachingtechniques #selfcare

Self-awareness involves the alignment and harmony of my thoughts, feelings, words, and actions. It means understanding how these elements influence one another and how they collectively shape my behavior and interactions.๐ #Thoughts and #Feelings: My feelings often shape my thoughts. For instance, if I'm feeling anxious, my thoughts might become more cautious or fearful. Conversely, positive feelings can lead to more optimistic and creative thinking. Recognizing this interplay helps me understand the roots of my thoughts and the emotions driving them.๐ #Words: My thoughts and feelings find expression through my words. The way I communicate reflects my inner state. By being aware of what I say and how I say it, I can gain insights into my internal world. This awareness allows me to choose my words more deliberately, ensuring they align with my true feelings and intentions.๐ #Actions: Actions are the outward manifestation of my thoughts, feelings, and words. They reveal my internal state to the external world. By observing my actions, I can assess whether they are consistent with my values and intentions. This consistency is a key aspect of self-awareness, as it indicates authenticity and integrity.๐ #Continuous Observation: Self-awareness is a continuous process. It involves regularly observing and reflecting on my thoughts, feelings, words, and actions. This ongoing self-reflection helps me stay connected to my inner self and respond to situations with greater clarity and purpose.Leveraging Strengths: Enhancing self-awareness is more effective when I focus on my strengths rather than my weaknesses. By identifying and cultivating my strengths, I can build confidence and resilience. This positive approach empowers me to navigate challenges more effectively and fosters a growth mindset. In summary, self-awareness is about recognizing and understanding myself more deeply through continuous observation and reflection. By aligning my thoughts, feelings, words, and actions, and by leveraging my strengths, I can achieve a more authentic and fulfilling life.

๐๐ก๐ฒ ๐๐ ๐๐ง๐๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ฌ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฒ?Have you ever noticed how we tend to chase after the elusive, the challenging, the seemingly unattainable? We work hard for promotions, agonize over complex problems and pour our energy into projects that push our limits.Yet, the simple joys, the easy wins and the readily available often go unnoticed or underappreciated. This isn't a new phenomenon. There's a saying, "We don't know what we've got till it's gone," that speaks to this very idea. The Scarcity Principle - We're wired to believe that things that are rare or difficult to obtain are more valuable. This is rooted in our evolutionary past, where scarce resources were essential for survival.2. The Effort Heuristic - We associate effort with value. When we invest time, energy or money into something, we tend to believe it's worth more, even if the outcome is objectively the same.3. The Novelty Bias - We're drawn to new and exciting things. The familiar, even if it's positive and beneficial, can become background noise in our lives.4. The Grass is Greener Syndrome - We often compare our lives to others, focusing on what we lack rather than what we have. This can lead us to devalue our own easy wins and blessings. 1. Cultivate Gratitude - Make a conscious effort to notice and appreciate the simple joys in your life.2. Reframe Your Thinking - Challenge the notion that something has to be hard to be valuable. Recognize that easy things can bring immense joy and fulfillment.3. Focus on the Present - Instead of constantly chasing after the next big thing, find contentment in the here and now.4. Shift Your Comparisons - Instead of comparing yourself to others, focus on your own journey and progress.-------------๐ Connect/Follow -> Pallavi GhanshaniDisclaimer- This video is the property of its rightful owner. To request credit or removal, please send a direct message.#motivation #life #graitude #linkedIn

Bhagavad Gita says, "Wrong thinking is the only problem in life." I was very young when my mother taught this to me narrating a story from Shree Bhagvad Gita. This has stuck with me ever since and has always helped me to grow as an individual, especially at work. For my professional growth (has been fast according to industry standards), I give 50% credit to my hardwork but 50% ofcourse to the positive mindset that I have always had (grateful always). Everyone wants to grow fast but they make these mistakes. Think about it. Have you noticed how some people always find something to complain about? They never seem happy, no matter what. It's like they're stuck in a negativity loop. Trust me such people never grow. We all are working hard to be happy, right? So why surround ourselves with people who drain our positivity? Surround yourself with those who focus on the good stuff. Work hard, sure, but also build positive relationships. Avoid those energy vampires who only bring negativity into the mix.For a happy work life, work smart, stay positive, and take time for yourself. Whether it's hitting the gym or spending time with loved ones, find what makes you happy. NEVER OVERTHINK. Let's ditch the negativity and create a life where happiness and success go hand in hand. #StayPositive #WorkHappy #BhagavadGitaWisdom

In the face of life's challenges, it's natural to experience a range of emotions, from joy and excitement to moments of doubt and discouragement. However, regardless of how you feel, it's imperative to remember the power of persistence and the importance of never giving up.When you encounter setbacks or obstacles, it's easy to feel discouraged and tempted to succumb to defeat. But surrendering to these negative emotions only perpetuates a cycle of stagnation and prevents you from reaching your full potential. That's why the mantra "Get up, dress up, show up, and never give up" serves as a powerful reminder to take action, even when you don't feel like it.Getting up symbolizes the act of rising above your current state, physically and mentally. It's a declaration that you refuse to be held back by your emotions or circ*mstances.Dressing up represents the importance of presenting yourself with confidence and purpose. When you take pride in your appearance, it reflects your commitment to yourself and to the world.Showing up means being present, both physically and mentally. It's about engaging with your life, your work, and your relationships, even when it's challenging. And finally, never giving up is the ultimate act of resilience and determination. It's the unwavering belief that you have the strength and capability to overcome any obstacle that comes your way. When you embrace these four principles, you tap into an incredible source of inner power and resilience. You become unstoppable, capable of achieving your goals and making a positive impact on the world. So, no matter how you feel, remember the words of Prince Ea: "Get up, dress up, show up, and never give up." Let this mantra guide you towards a life of purpose, fulfillment, and unwavering determination.#NeverGiveUp #Persistence #Resilience #Motivation #Inspiration #GetUpDressUpShowUp #PrinceEa #Mindset #OvercomeChallenges #InnerStrength

Feeling trapped in a cycle of powerlessness? Take the โVictim Mentalityโ self-check. Ask yourself, do you engage in any of the following behaviors?Do you find yourself blaming others for your challenges, or feel powerless in changing your circ*mstances? It might be time to reflect on whether you're caught in a victim mentality. Understanding these patterns is the first step towards a more empowered life:1. **Blaming Others**: You find it easier to blame external factors or people rather than own your part in most situations.2. **Feeling Powerless**: There's a belief that life is beyond your control, leaving you helpless.3. **Pessimism**: You expect the worst and see challenges as too big to overcome.4. **Lack of Accountability**: Avoiding responsibility for your actions and their consequences is a pattern.5. **Chronic Complaining**: Complaining is frequent, yet action towards change is rare.6. **Feeling Targeted**: Believing that bad things happen more to you than others. Feel like others donโt respect you and target you. 7. **Resisting Change**: You're reluctant to challenge your beliefs or change behaviors, even when it could benefit you.8. **Seeking Sympathy**: Using struggles and health complaints to garner attention or manipulate situations for sympathy.9. **Jealousy or Envy**: Others' successes make you feel inadequate or unfairly disadvantaged.10. **Avoiding Challenges**: Fear of failure or rejection keeps you from growing. If these points resonate, it's a sign to start shifting towards taking control and responsibility for your life. Empowerment begins with self-awareness, taking responsibility, and seeking support when needed. Remember, it's a journey of small, consistent steps towards a more fulfilling life. Start with you. ๐ช #SelfEmpowerment #GrowthMindset #TakeCharge

Sometimes we don't even realise .. ๐คท๐ผโ๏ธ๐ So how do we navigate something we are not aware of doing๐ We become watchers of our own thoughts... โ๐ผ Recognize the Signs: Self-sabotage can look like not asking for help, chasing perfection, or even isolating ourselves when we need support the most.
